Encounter him drinking from the fuel dispenser at the gas station

Face him as an enemy while exploring a house of a magic-user

Summon him with a random demon circle printed from a jpeg image with a piece of steak as a sacrifice

Randomly find him trying to steal petrol from cars by the means of ripping off the sealing of the fuel tank in said car and lifting it up to drink
