Fresh garlic, parsley, and basil give these Garlic Herb Burgers a lot of flavor. They are perfectly juicy and smell great, and they make a tasty and filling meal.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped. 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped. Salt and pepper, to taste. 4 burger buns. 4 slices of cheese optional. Lettuce, tomato, and onions for toppings. Your favorite burger condiments.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Place the burger patties on the grill or pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. If using cheese, add a slice of cheese to each patty during the last minute of cooking and cover to melt. While the burgers are cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly browned. Assemble your burgers by placing lettuce, tomato, and onions on the bottom bun, followed by the cooked patty with or without cheese. Add your favorite burger condiments and cover with the top bun. Serve hot and enjoy!
