One thing I do love about Hercules is all the mythology mentions. Like, you have to be pretty knowledgeable about the Greek gods and myths and everything, but if you are, it just kind of adds a whole new level and it’s great.

US Air Force's Oldest Active C-130 - HC-130P Combat King "Iron Horse" - Is Sent to the Boneyard After 52 Years.

The aircraft has served as a C-130E Hercules, an EC-130E Airborne Battlefield Command and Control Center, and an HC-130P Combat King during it's service life. It has flown 27,533 flying hours, the second most of any C-130 aircraft in the Air Force.
