They start off really elaborate before dwindling down to her just walking over and apologizing and he kinda just blinks before pausing the tv and wriggling underneath her arms to listen to her heartbeat. She hesitates but asks if they’re okay now and gets a little wriggle in response, he doesn’t want to talk now but at least they’re okay.
They’re okay.
at the end of the day, they're back to their usual business of cuddling again, because let's face it, they probably rely on physical affection like it's a human necessity for survival and will probably die if they don't touch at least once
