Ah, I know this feel too well. ;;; I don't have anyone offline in my town that knows anymore, but it's so hard not to hint or to let something slip.

I actually find that the easiest situation!! 

I have one friend irl who knows and is kin, but for the most part people offline don’t know what it is!! So when I’m out with people, I feel completely okay with calling myself a Faerie, or saying I’m magic, or that I practice magic (which is more widely understood, bc witchcraft, but still) 

Because even if I know I mean it, most people will just think I’m joking. Meanwhile I know I’m a Faerie and now have a neat secret hehe ;u;
