Hello Wild-Tiger, While I don't personally wear cowboy boots, I do happen to know something about them. Avoid boots made in China and Mexico, the best quality cowboy boots are made in America. Arguably the best brand is Tony Lama, they've been around since 1911, and Frye, a 150 year old company is well regarded. If you're looking for a high end handmade boot, Heritage Boot in Austin, Texas fits the bill. A good pair of boots will give you years of wear and will only get better with time.
