Dinner @ 7:30pm: Crispy Oven Baked Chicken Thigh, Broccoli and one Mini or Persian cucumber. This was a 425 calorie meal. Trying to eat a little less for my last meal... you know... Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper.
