Salut, j'ai vu ton message et je suis française... :p Je me demandais, pourquoi as-tu décidé d'apprendre le français ?

pour moi, le français est amusant, il me donne la confiance. si je ne suis pas heureuse avant la classe, je serais contente après. aussi c’est une belle langue qui vient d’un beau pays avec beaucoup d’histoire. en anglais, nous gardons les vieux mots français (hospital, par exemple), alors, il est important que les anglais et les américains sachent l'histoire de notre langue.

j’èspère que ça marche. corrige-moi?

Any charitable native francophones want to send me messages in French? On or off anon, I don't mind either way. I ask because I have a composition to write for French class and I need to practice a bit. I'll likely publish them to my personal blog, though (notabentnose) so I don't spam this one. I prefer to publish so I can refer back to them for any corrections brought up. Ça marche?

i found my big blue book of 555 french verbs that i got when i was in high school

and i'm removing all of the old little post-it note flag things and one of the verbs i had marked for its importance was se déshabiller

which is a verb that, in english, means to get undressed

oh, I know I have it in me to be a hardcore shipper... I've got something like 200,000 words of fanfic I wrote for one ship I used to sail. I'm  just currently in drydock is all ;)

And yes! I'm happy to start watching for the new season... but I'm also unhappy because now I'll have to wait a week between episodes. If the fandom doesn't break tumblr, it might just break me ;)
