So I ordered the little orchestra mug from the hermitcraft shop in the color dark blue and just got a different mug??? Is a little more narrow than the one on the website, its tapered inwards at the bottom and it's white on the inside, the design isn't centered either (there's a bigger gap below the design than above) so it's just a different base mug?? And it's not colored??
If they just sent me the wrong color I could understand that. But this is just a different mug. (i tripple checked, but yes, I ordered it from the official website)
Overall I'm just really confused so I wanted to blog it to see if anyone else had this problem. I have contacted the customer service and sent them pictures so we'll see how that goes.
