happy solstice!! i took some time to read the orphic hymns to apollo, eos, and helios. made sure to enjoy the sunlight, listen to some upbeat music after learning about apollo thru podcasts, and enjoy some laughs with friends and family. also making sure to mark the seasonal / energetic turning point that we’re in, heading into cancer season and summer in the northern hemisphere. not a traditional celebration at all but it’s one i could work into my day and i really enjoyed it.
