Etho - Frostfall (hero)

Description: As both an ice wielder and part weeping angel, Etho could be a dangerous enemy indeed. However, he has always chosen to use that power to protect others instead, and he will not waver from his personal code.

Song: Bullet by Saint Motel

Ice manipulation: creates ice by pulling moisture out of the air (think Frozone-style)

Weeping angel heritage: cannot be fully perceived when people are looking at him (essentially forcing people to have face blindness with him); moves faster when no one is looking
