☺: three things that make my muse happy!

♥ seeing people she cherishes happy. Be it @gogogobarry, Lucas, or the few other friends she has acquired along the way, seeing those she loves accomplishing their goals and radiating confidence brings her nothing but joy.

♥ Dangerous situations! Exploring the unknown! She loves excitement and the unpredictable, simply because she’s achieved so much thus far. One minute, she can be dangling from the Sky Pillar, the next, participating in a Master Contest: one thing is certain, and it’s that surpassing her limits brings her immense satisfaction.

♥ And then there’s her chill downtime, when she’s most at peace and able to rejuvenate. Listening to pop music, doing her toenails, taking a bubblebath, munching on chips, flipping through old movies, reading romance manga, phone on silent, the works!

Do you have any symbols/motifs/themes/etc. that you’re currently trying to get across or plan to get across?

[ A few of the most prominent motifs are fame; how she handles the public, her ‘image’ versus who she presents herself as in daily life, how to feel worthy of the accolades, etc. 

Another huge motif has been ‘discovery’ so far; she’s discovering herself, now that a clear objective no longer lies before her (ie, the Championship). She’s discovering places she’s never journeyed, relationships she’s never allowed herself, company she’s usually refrained from entertaining. So, a huge role in her growth is the ‘breaking of that shell’, be it the shell of the world unknown, and the shell that protects her warm, but incredibly distant, heart.

Themes of self-evolution, external (and internal) discovery, and the dichotomy of fame and private life. I think these would sum up about where Dawn is at! ]

Name one idea for a plot you’ve had but never gotten around to writing.

[ There are so many! Roxanne auditioning for a rock band, possibly joining them on tour to whatever debacles arise! Her discovering a new link between Pokemon (something perhaps hinted upon in canon, but still ambiguous enough to dabble with), whether it be origin or evolution. There are definitely plenty of points to be made about her research - several of her threads, now, are centered around research of some sort that I’ve kept vague for the time being, until they can at long last all be brought together in relevance! And there’s most certainly much more ground to cover; she’s only getting started. ]
