            leo is the epitome of bad decisions  ;  so he does what he can to expose jasper to bad decisions  .  jasper’s too much of a goody — goody in his eyes  ,  he’s gotta let his friend experience the best side of the world  .  after discovering that paramount exists in jasper’s consciousness and kinda  ‘  moms  ’  jasper  ,  whenever he sees jasper hesitate  ,  that’s when he knows he needs to INSIST MORE to get jasper to go along with him  .  because if paramount disagrees  ,  the better the results  .

            “  i don’t need you telling me this  ,  ”  he hisses  ,  a scowl hanging on his lips  .  he’s been trying to hard to just LET GO but sometimes  ,  it’s much harder than it seems  .  a former prodigy who sought the approval of his parents  ;  old habits die hard  ,  and jasper caught him in the midst of dwelling in that old habit  .  where leo wanted to send his things to his father and show that he’s come so far  .  he’s holding onto a past where things weren’t so . . . complicated  .             “  leave me alone  ,  jasper  ,  if you’re here to preach  ,  i don’t need to hear it  ,  ”  he turns away from the other  ,  shunning his friend  .

            “  okay  ,  night  ,  ”  leo replies  ,  not looking up from his laptop  .  it was noon and jasper had just gotten up  ,  meandered about  ,  then suddenly declared he was going back to bed  .  “  i’m not responsible for any oversleeping  ,  ”  he continues  ,  typing his response to the assignment he was doing  .

            “  you could have just woken me  ,  you idiot  ,  ”  leo replies  ,  eyes barely open and messy hair  ,  he had just rolled out of bed  .  “  you didn’t say you wanted to chill today so i just slept in  ,  ”  he comments  ,  sluggishly moving towards the kitchen  .  he had been up late  (  late being nearly FOUR in the morning  )  and it was only eleven in the morning . . . that didn’t seem like forever  .             “  you hungry  ,  i want takeout  ,  ”  leo said  ,  looking at the unappealing options in his fridge  .
