The other took notice of the two staring at him and simply glared back at them. Had it not for the 'contract' he was automatically signed to, he would've lunged at the two. They ... Liên stood outside her small home on a quiet, inconspicuous road into Hanoi, drinking cold, black coffee out of a bag, watching the sun as it rose. In a moment she heard behind her, near the rice paddy, the sound of wind howling, though no breeze passed through near her. She closed the bag and set it down on a chair, then headed towards the rear of her house, facing the paddy; there she saw an unfamiliar blonde girl sitting around in the waterlogged field. Her eyebrows twitched and her fists clenched suddenly, then she took a deep breath and let out a sigh, and began with voice raised:

“Umm, excuse me, but this is not a tourist attraction, you silly foreigner. Please leave.”

     ‘u-um... i think might have over-roasted that scorpion... it’s pretty much pitch black now-’ could it still even taste good? it’s been a while that they’ve spotted any animals/monsters nearby to make a good meal for today, guess, they might have to eat some burned foods for their dinner...
