Vlad rounded the corner, just having dismissed his class for the day. His thoughts focused on them. On how their performances were improving. Splitting them in groups had been paying off more and more. They were learning how to work as a whole and not independently of each other. A fact Vlad found himself faced pride, pride for his students. 

His thoughts had just begun to shift to future lessons and techniques to introduce. With their progress, it’d be no time they’d be recognized in the same light as Class 1-A perhaps surpassing them too. That’d be a fine day. The other class progressing fluidly. They too would be a great bunch of heroes along with his treasured class 1-B.

Thoughts were soon interjected by a fading familiar face. Had walked right past it just now. Only now realizing who the visage belonged to. “Yo!”

Vlad stopped and turned around to give a proper look at her. “I didn’t see you on the roster today. I’m guessing you’re subbing for someone today?” He wondered briefly for which course or class. Shame on him for not giving the staff attendance chart a look earlier.

“Uhm, you doing alright there, Amai?” Vlad questioned once the fluffy hero took his hand and placed it atop her head. He didn’t need to ponder for long on what it was she doing. Her guidance lead him to ruffling the area between large ears. It was then he realized what she had him to. 

“Oh. So, this is what you have the kids you visit do?”
