Thought: canon divergent Percy and Hershel still get along as their respective frenemy parents begrudgingly bring them together for playdates ( they're already close friends at this point but they'll never admit it ) Ballister is just happy to see the kiddos playing together and having a normal childhood :)

(also oh my gosh I just remembered Rowan is ALIVE in the is au so he gets to be with his grandbaby 😭💗 wish my girls Lyra, Myrtle and Guinevere were here though they would've loved their grandkids too 😔💔)
