Achaka nodded his head slowly at her offer, though his mood was quite cured just yet. He really did despised the cold. It wasn’t terribly surprising, though, considering the knight had been raised in a desert. It wasn’t his first true winter, but that certainly didn’t mean he liked it any more than his first.
Graham must’ve been out of his damned mind, sending him out to patrol the borders out in this snow. Either that, or his sweet little idiot of a friend just forgot his particular detail about. But, of course, it was somewhat important. Manny had been seen, and they needed to make sure that he wouldn’t end up getting within the castle town, or anywhere near the castle itself.
