My message to @awayeknowsflash the past couple of weeks has been that now that he’s getting older, he’s not necessarily going to always be the best player on any team he plays on from now on. The other side of the coin as I explain to him also is that it’s okay if he’s not the best player on his team. He just needs to be exciting to watch, fun to be around, and above all respectful.
