I love the sportsmanship and camaraderie of our U11 pod team. I overheard our best player excitedly telling one of the coaches about Lucas’ play of the game last week—a diving backhanded catch at shortstop and then thrown to get the out at first (no one expected any of that🤓). Anyway, it lifted Lucas’ spirit up so much and reminded me that our country should be more like this.
