THEORY: BTS’ ERAS ARENT IN A CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER
i don’t think many people have considered the story being built in a different order than the order the eras had appeared in (i personally haven’t too till i saw the sd teaser). but i feel like it can be a key to understanding some new things about the boys, now with the teaser for the spring day mv out
(so before i get to it we have seen that the shoes jimin was holding in his hands werent his but jin’s, explaining him being barefoot in the wings promoshoot and his supposed death in hyyh. and now to the theory)
so most likely jin Was the 'child’ that was being tortured for the sake of the entire town (taking the The Ones Who Walk Away From Omelas story into consideration) and he cant survive being locked down like this and dies, therefore jimin, as one of the omelas’ most sympathizing kids, holding his shoes as a way of mourning his death
then we see hobi sitting on a moving train riding towards the unknown. where else do we see the trains? thats right, the I NEED U mv. but the trains don’t move there so does that mean that they reached their final destinantion, that the boys used one of them as a way to escape from omelas, then having a hard time existing in the society and dealing with their inner demons and guilt for jin’s death they were partly responsible for
soooo....reversed timeline anyone? (your own input appreciated in case you have smth to add!)
