Yes, he's really singing, although those douyin videos where they're sitting at the table (pretty typical set up for some singers on douyin) are typically staged for atmosphere and then they lips sync to themselves or are dubbed over.

His voice is pre-recorded (you can hear backing vocals at one point lol), with live sound mixed in with the other people's commentary from the live performance.
