I forgot why I dislike Hexcells (the game). And I don't dislike it much. Just one small, albeit critical, thing.

Logic should dictate that if a continuous, unbroken blue chain can carry on through a gap in the grid, then the gaps do not count for the black limiter cells in turn.

Logic should dictate that the circled limiter cell (2) should, actually, be (3). Because the gap doesn't break the sequence. Or maybe the continuous {2} chain should actually be {6}, but with 4 of the cells hidden since they're in the gap.

My brain no-likey the logics. Just wanna be thoughtless clicky. Kinda why I play solitaire so much.

Hexcells is a minesweeper masterpiece

I am here to inform you that the Hexcells trilogy is a fantastic logic game. the campaign specifically is masterfully crafted and they are a blast to play.

to anyone who finds minesweeper remotely fun, I am here to suggest to you this wonderful game. Hexcells Infinite also has a puzzle generator that generates puzzles that can be solved logically! (which is amazing and I wonder what algorithm they use to generate those things)

Anyways, enjoy puzzles!

side note: I love the sounds that play when you click correctly. makes it sound like you're making music while you play

hexcells is such a beautiful perfect logic puzzle game and the complete pack with all three games is on sale on steam for $2.69 for the next week and you should all go buy it ps you’re welcome

I R GENIUS!

I have 100% completed  all three Hexcells games. This is proof that I am a genius. Now I just need to do a bunch of random puzzles on Infinite to get the very last achievement.

GAH! In celebration of the release of Hexcells Infinite, the third and final installment of my favorite puzzle game ever (the release of which is amazing news for this otherwise very very somber day), the original is on sale for $1.01. You should buy it and play it then you too will be thrilled and terrified by this stellar series of perfectly frustrating hexes.

No really. Play it. You will be delighted.

Now I know what I’ll be doing to take my mind off of things! YAAAY.
