Tonight I got into that place, panic-y and anxious, worried and nervous, stressed and impatient, other words and synonyms for those words. I was in the car with my friend. There was nothing that triggered it, it just started. And then I thought I heard the train. And then the red light turned green. And then I heard the railroad bells ringing. And then I saw the lights at the railroad crossing. And then I kept hearing the train. A train was coming. We were stopped right in front of it. Right in front. I kept coming in and out of some strange state while the train passed, having really bad images flash in my head and then having to shake them off.
