She doesn't think that she's drop dead gorgeous, she thinks she's cute. She has a hard time believing that she's worthy of being attractive to other people, which, I guess kind of answers the second question, she hardly ever uses it to her advantage. She doesn't like doing this, unless she's wanting to get laid.
