Photography session and tips - Elephant and castle - hey gates
Sunny day in London , a good reason to go out and practice photography! with my amazing flat mates and few friends we decided to go to the Heygate in Elephant and Castle (from wikipedia: The Heygate Estate is a large housing estate located in Walworth, Southwark, south London. The estate is currently being demolished as part of the regeneration of the Elephant and Castle area.[1] It was home to more than 3,000 people.)the place is creepy and scenographic and we tried to as much fun as possible along with the desire to get some good shot. Photography is like music or sport, it has to be practiced on daily base in order to achieve a mediocre or higher level. Ideas do not pop up from a state of passivity. Knowledge doesn't permeate into your brain only by reading . You need to shoot, compose, get out (or inside if it is a studio) and play. Take picture, direct the actions, make mistake and correct them. Photography is a on going processes which never ends (fortunately) So we went out and played with Flashes and natural light. the equipment was:
I didn't have panels or reflectors and i wish i had. the player where:
