long before we had Lover the album, taylor posted a instagram picture and posted it with the quote "step into the daylight and let it go." it was soon before i would graduate high school and i suspected it would eventually turn out to be a lyric but i resonated so much with the quote itself that i put it on my grad cap 🎓! ive learned that all of your pain, grief, heartbreak, personal experiences, etc. don't define you. it is perfectly okay to move on from a situation and grow from it, regardless of how difficult it was. step into the daylight and let it all go, all the doubts, failures, and bad choices because we all have room to grow and become better versions of ourselves. so in honor of having daylight, i wanted to show you all my graduation cap.

hi taylor!!!! it's natasha here checking in!!! ive decided to do a lil ~update~ on my life since i know how much you love those :') SO! i just finished my very first semester of college where im majoring in biomedical engineering *insert panic & overwhelemed meme* and boy was she.....interesting. it wasn't the easiest (if im being honest) but she was definitely do able :) i finished the semester with all A's!!!!!!!! i worked so hard for it n it really paid off :') there were definitely moments within the semester where i wanted to give up and i was rethinking if i could handle my major but i remembered why i decided on it in the first place. i remembered how much i want to help individuals and the development of medical technology that can possibly open the doors for new treatments or cures of illnesses so lets get that degree shall we!!! im also!!!!!!!!! GET READY...... im going to SPAIN for over a month next year to visit my best friend rain!!!! n we're gonna see you in belgium at werchter boutique!!!! im so excited buddy!!!!!! 2020 is gonna be SO good :') BUT i do want to say a huge thank you because you + your music were there for me when life got ~really~ hard this semester. you always seemed to pop in at the right moments n show me some love n i cannot thank you enough for that. thanks for being a constant buddy n i love you so much!!!! <3

taylor!!!!!! i just wanted to update you and let you know that i have now graduated high school. as you know, the last year and a half of high school was the hardest time of my life so far but with the love and support of my family, friends, and most importantly, you, i would have not been able to get through it. i walked across the stage with my cap decorated with "step into the daylight and let it go" as i resonated so well with it. the best way to describe high school was bittersweet and im so thankful to have completed this chapter in my life. im so excited (and somewhat scared hehe) to now embark in a new chapter in my life where i will be majoring in biomedical engineering. i love you so much buddy and thank you for being there at the darkest times in my life. i miss you! 💖🦋✨ @taylorswift
