I'm pretty sure up to this point in my posts I've made it loud and clear that God isn't a bully. He can make changes and grant us freedom, peace and prosperity, but He won't do any of this without your permission.

Unlike our parents, God knows if He tries to force us to do anything against our will, we're more likely to rebel and take the opposite route. It's human nature (for the most part) to go against the grain, especially when it involves battling our ego or what we THINK we know.

Boring is a word most would associate with doing the right thing. We tend to look at the negative aspect of anything that doesn't involve instant satisfaction, or anything that would make us "different" than the status quo.  That's it though, that's why we're stuck; fear of not knowing where these choices will lead and how we'll most likely face exile due to them.

What we don't see is how those same sacrifices which will make us outcasts, are also the same ones that will bring us infinite joy and fellowship with Big Baby Jesus. 

I've been through it. When I first started following the Lord I lost my core circle and it was PAINFUL! Like crying myself to sleep wondering where I would be, painful. What followed the loneliness however, was amazing.

In just a few short months I had a new crew. I had people around me like Audrey, Jonathan, Jordan, Brian, Steph F the Best, and my cousin Booda, whom I become inseparable from. More importantly, I grew closer to G.O.D. in the process and was transformed.

I can't sit here and preach like young Guapaveli the Don is now some super man of faith and I go around evangelizing left and the opposite of left, sh** after that I've had some of  my greatest pitfalls. What I can say is that I've known an endless support system that I could never have even dreamed of had I not giving up my bullsh** and connected with the word. That support system is named Love.

Love from the most high, and love from His other children, but more importantly - my own burning love for others. Only through my relationship with HeyZues was I able to go beyond loving me some ME (which I still do) and learn to love EVERYONE, even the Handsome-Bigots, and put myself in their shoes before ripping their skulls out their headskin.

Allow God and He'll allow LIFE.
