Cotton Candy — Satoshi & Woozi
@hgdwoozi
As a home bird he had always been, in the evening Satoshi preferred to get together with people only if a screen was separating them. Laptop, phone or TV — didn’t really matter as long as everything was happening behind the glass. In one night he could meet an innumerable amount of YouTubers, yet none of them was like the pink-haired boy whose cooking skills were much more jaw-dropping than Satoshi’s, who could only bother to boil the water for instant noodles or coffee. But what are restaurants for?
With a pair of mirrored sunglasses sitting on his nose and a woolen scarf loosely snaking around his neck, he headed towards a café which was dimly visible in the distance. As a soft breeze of chilly air ruffled his freely resting fringe, he slid off his shades with a well-practiced nonchalance before slipping them in the coat’s pocket to accompany a half-empty pack of cigarettes.
And then he stopped. A fairly similar figure came into his sight. It was impossible to unglue his eyes from hair which could be easily mistaken for cotton candy or any other sugar sweet fluff. Standing like that for a while, Satoshi didn’t even realize that he was blankly staring at the boy only a few feet away from him. Trying to handle the situation deftly, a faked cough escaped his lips. “Sorry, are you a YouTuber?”
