hi i hope this isnt too weird but I just wanted to ask you a couple questions about SJU since I'll most likely be attending in the fall. I would like to know what you like the most and the least about the school in general. What are the class sizes like? How are the professors? What made you finally decide that you wanted to attend sju? How are the dorms in terms of size and comfort? At the end of the day, do you think sju is worth it in terms of money? I'm sorry if this is too much.
omg no you can ask as many questions as you want! What i like about the school is how diverse it is and really what i love is that i have a campus so i don’t spend as much money as i would if i went to a school in manhattan. My least favorite is that it sometimes gets really boring so YOU have to really go out and do stuff. Most classes I have will have like 15 to 35 people at most which is really nice because the professors get to know you. I’m a PR major so my professors so far are really cool, though i know some who hate their professors. I attended SJU because it was the best cost wise for being in NYC. Dorm wise, if you get a triple you will be golden though sometimes it feels like theres not enough space. You have to keep in mind a lot about your location and its so much easier just renting a house or an apartment off campus money wise. I think SJU is worth it money wise for education and opportunities career wise but not to stay on campus. The meal plan here sucks, its easy to get tired of the food here. But They give you enough money (hopefully if you’re lucky) and you can always move off campus. If you have any other questions please do ask!!
