Day 27: Favourite breakfast meal.
My first thought was a full Irish breakfast, and honestly that is my favourite. I couldn't eat it every day, but yeah..
Sausages, rashers (that is bacon to most of you), black pudding, white pudding, fried egg, grilled tomato, mushrooms, baked beans, potato farl, hash browns, potato cake, fried potatoes, toast, real butter..
Not all of these things need necessarily be on the plate but the first five are standard and I like to add at least baked beans and sweet charred tomatoes. And toast. And Orange Juice. And then Tea.
God I want that so bad now..
When I am not craving a mountain of meat and grease, I genuinely love (and feel so nourished by) porridge oats. Oats. Oatmeal. So versatile. I like it with a swirl of jam, I like it with honey and banana. I like it with fresh berries. I like it, and I clearly haven't experimented enough with it..
