I know you wrote "Holding Hands in the Rain" like 2 years ago, but I found it recently and have read it 4 times. Your writing is beautiful, and the story is perfect. It makes my heart clench up every time I read it, it makes me so happy. It is probably my favorite story ever. The characterization is completely on point and you write them falling in love so well. I don't have the words to accurately describe the way it makes me feel, but I just want you to know it is incredible and amazing.

Oh my gosh, anon. Bless your kind soul, I’m going to cry. I appreciate this from the bottom of my heart, and I’m so so glad I could write something that you love so much. I poured so much of my heart into writing that story, and getting a message like this just means the world.Thank you so so much, truly. <3

Okay so the next chapter of Fireside is shaping up to be probably like five thousand words of fluffy sexy times in front of the fireplace I regret nothing. :D

(But yeah no I’m honestly having a grand time writing this. Thanks to everyone for the encouragement. <3) 

And as far as the last chapter of HHITR goes - I honestly keep writing like a paragraph and then stopping. I have everything planned out for this chapter, but I just can’t seem to actually write it. Like, I know I need to finish this story, and I’ve managed to work in pretty much everything that I wanted to have happen (and I can always write some extra little snippets later, if I want to add in any additional scenes that I’ve missed); but I also keep making myself sad when I try to write this last chapter. I’m honestly going to really miss writing this.

But yeah. All my angsty writer ramblings aside, thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who’s been so amazingly supportive while I’ve been working away on this story for so long. Ya’ll are seriously the best. ♥ :)

I have had three of the most exhausting weeks of my whole entire life.

Just need to get through two more work days, and then I have three days off.

And, I swear, I am spending this entire weekend leaving my bed as little as possible. I’ve got six Ereri fics that I’ve been working away on (in addition to HHITR, I’ve two other AUs, and three canon-verse stories) and I am going to spend this entire weekend dong nothing but writing fic and sleeping. :D

(I’ve had a really, really rotten two weeks, and Anime Evolution is tomorrow, so I’m gonna be hella busy with that; but. I’m hoping to have this posted by Sunday night. :) For real this time, aha. Aha, and I thought that I’d somehow find time to write during the week.

You’re so hilarious, self. 

However. Two more work days, and then three days off. Next chapter shall be posted - at the latest - on Sunday night. :) My writer’s block is gone, so it’s just a matter of actually finding the time to write, now. Can’t wait until Friday. :D

I have literally made more progress with HHITR in the last day than I have in the last month.

This is such a glorious feeling. 8D

Guess I really needed three days to just lie in my bed and do nothing but fandom things. <3
