☆ @hiddcnrage ☆ — (* golden girls prompts) [from Goku Black to Gohan] ‘ yeah, frightening, isn’t it? ’
"You really think that, huh?"
Once upon a time, that statement might've been true — back when he was younger and more passive, that scared little boy that hadn't know just how much power he had in his body. What potential coursed through his veins. A power he couldn't begin to fathom or even begin to understand WHY he even had them. Just why him?
However, he wasn't about to squander them now. Not when he had people he loved and cared about to protect with the might he held.
Besides, this was nothing. Gohan had faced many challenges since his youth, having come face to face with greater threats one after the other. Having felt the cold chill many times now that it felt like an old friend greeting him now. Even if THIS one was a little more...well...unique in a sense. Never having to come face to face with one that held his own father's visage — yet, it wasn't his father. No. The presence coming off them was nothing like the man he respected and loved so dearly.
This was not his hero, his protector, his beloved dad. No, this was an imposter who DARED parade in his dad's body. It was the rare time Gohan felt true malice and anger. How DARE they use his dad's body like that? How dare they? The thought only cause his frown to deepen and the glare to grow harder.
"Hate to break it to you, but you arn't even in the top ten — "
" — heck, this isn't even very original. You're not the FIRST to steal my Dad's body after all but than again what to expect from a hack job like you? Kind of disappointed honestly, thought you'd be more frightening than what I'm seeing now...kind of boring too. Little pathetic even."
