QUESTION EVERYTHING FRIENDS… DIRTY ENERGY
♨️☣️☢️
November 30th excerpt:
The entrance to Sam’s panic room remained intact and hidden, and it was Dean’s first place he wanted to check over. It needed to remain secured to the bottom of the underbelly while staying hidden, or it would lose its effectiveness.
Poking a finger in the entrance to make sure it was clear of any obstructions, Dean resolved to bug Sam later on to double check that no animals were roosting within. It would be a quick day’s work to pull off the tunnel and chase any birds or mice into the fields, and take care of any possible spiders.
With a grunt, Dean wiped down the outside of the pipe.
Hidden Dangers || Sandy & Rudy
@govtdna
Sandy had never been to London. Actually, Sandy had hardly ever been anywhere. After taking a plane from Shetland earlier in the day, he’d explored for a few hours, and promptly got lost in the dark. It was the city and he didn’t know what he’d been thinking. He didn’t like cities. The biggest town he’d lived in was Lerwick, with all of 7500 people. And that was big for a kid who grew up in a croft on Bressay.
He wanted nothing more to get back to his hotel and rest. He wasn’t even there on holiday; he was there to take a short course to beef up his detective skills. He’d just wanted to see some sights before having to buckle down and get to work. And now he was left tired and lost and unprepared for his studies. He rubbed his eyes as he walked and, suddenly, found himself off on a side street; one that was much darker than the high road he’d just left.
He didn’t like it and had been through enough training to be on his toes. He thought about just turning around, but he was never going to find the right tube station if he didn’t keep moving forward. The street narrowed to little more than an alleyway and, in the dim light ahead, Sandy could make out a gruesome scene. There was a pool of liquid that could have been blood and what could only have been a human body. Sandy stopped and leaned back against the wall. He felt out of his depth, far away from home.
He inched forward to investigate, careful not to contaminate the scene and slipped the mobile out or his back pocket. As he did so, he realized he wasn’t alone.

The Hidden Dangers of Sharing Your Child’s News Online – Why You Should Think Twice
Gamal Moustafa
Introduction
In today’s digital world, sharing life’s special moments on social media has become second nature. Parents, in particular, love to share their children’s achievements, milestones, and daily adventures online. However, while it may seem harmless, sharing your child’s news on social media comes with serious risks. From privacy concerns to long-term consequences, it’s essential to understand why you should avoid exposing your child’s personal life online.

The Risks of Sharing Your Child’s News Online
1. Privacy and Identity Theft
Every time you post your child’s full name, birthdate, school, or location, you are unintentionally creating a digital footprint that could be misused. Cybercriminals and identity thieves can collect such details to commit fraud or steal your child’s identity for financial gain.
2. Online Predators and Safety Risks
Oversharing about your child makes them more vulnerable to online predators. Posting pictures and specific details about where your child goes to school, their daily routines, or extracurricular activities can allow strangers to track their whereabouts and approach them in real life.
3. Future Consequences for Your Child
What seems like an innocent post today could have long-term effects on your child’s future. As they grow older, they may feel embarrassed or uncomfortable with the personal stories and pictures you shared online. Colleges, employers, and even peers could have access to these posts, potentially affecting their opportunities and social relationships.
4. Loss of Consent and Digital Footprint
Children cannot fully understand or consent to their personal lives being shared online. By posting about them, you are deciding on their behalf what is part of their permanent digital history. As they mature, they may wish to have control over their own online presence.
5. Exploitation by Third Parties
Once a photo or personal detail is shared on the internet, you lose control over how it’s used. Scammers, marketers, and even artificial intelligence tools can exploit images and information for commercial or malicious purposes.
The Rise of AI and Its Impact on Your Child’s Data
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, the way data is collected, analyzed, and used has changed dramatically. AI-driven facial recognition, deepfake technology, and machine learning algorithms can track and analyze images, videos, and personal data posted online.
AI Facial Recognition: Many AI-powered tools can now scan the internet to match and identify faces. A simple uploaded photo of your child could be used in ways beyond your control.
Data Profiling: AI systems collect vast amounts of data from social media to create digital profiles. This can lead to personalized ads targeting your child even before they reach adulthood.
Cybersecurity Threats: Hackers and cybercriminals can use AI to exploit personal information, making children more susceptible to scams and online threats.
How to Protect Your Child’s Privacy Online
✅ Limit What You Share – Avoid posting identifiable details such as full names, locations, school names, or daily routines. ✅ Adjust Privacy Settings – Set your social media accounts to private and limit who can view your posts. ✅ Ask for Your Child’s Consent – If your child is old enough, discuss what they are comfortable sharing. ✅ Use Secure Platforms – If sharing is necessary, consider using private family-sharing apps instead of public social media. ✅ Think Long-Term – Before posting, ask yourself: “Will my child be okay with this in five or ten years?” ✅ Be Aware of AI Risks – Understand how AI can collect and use online data, and take precautions to minimize your child’s digital exposure.
Conclusion
While it’s tempting to celebrate your child’s milestones online, the risks of sharing their personal news outweigh the benefits. Your child’s privacy, safety, and future digital presence should be a priority. By being mindful of what you post and taking steps to protect their information, you ensure their online safety and give them the freedom to create their own digital identity when they’re ready.
Remember: What you share today can impact your child’s future forever. Choose privacy and protection over online exposure.
