Tw/cw: death and bugs I call this one "Forgotten in a Moth" Even in death, there is beauty. In change there is preservation. As we moved we found this moth beautifully preserved behind a clock. Ironic, but a timely one. In death there is poetry, where the moth was trapped between time and nothingness. Hours, days, months, maybe years have passed for this poor fellow to be lost to the corridor of time. For it stops for no one. As times arrow moved forward, they did not. Standing still it faced the inevitable, till its poor hungry mind faced oblivion. Unearthed like the ancient Pharohs, you are treasured and preserved little one.
