Story:

The first thing Axolotlkit remembers is the fire. The fire that ravaged Riverclan all those moons ago. Ganderpelt tried so, so hard to save her kit, and she did, at the cost of her own life. She told them to run. They ran, ran as far as they could. They ran into Windclan territory. Exhausted and dehydrated, they collapsed.

When they woke up, Axolotkit was in Windclan camp, a concerned medicine cat standing above them. They were confined to the medicine cat den for a week until a queen and her mate, Olivewing and Icekick, offered to adopt them. Icekick and Olivewing doted on them as any parents would, but they always felt like an outcast, especially towards their sisters, Ramkit and Flockkit, who wanted nothing to do with them.

Axolotlkit became an apprentice with Ramkit and Flockkit. Highpaw was an older apprentice at the time. 

Highpaw was the golden apprentice, the best, Starclan's blessed star, and worst of all, the child of the leader. Axolotlpaw felt the need to be better. Be the best. To finally fit in. But they were always second to Highpaw.

 They hated Highpaw, to the point Oriolethroat had to separate them.

One day, Axolotlpaw had an idea. Hiddenpaw had become an apprentice that day, so there were five apprentices, enough for a full patrol. Axolotlpaw went to Juniperstar and convinced her to organize an apprentice patrol. 

Oriolethroat came along, but Axolotlpaw found a way to distract him, so it was only them and the other apprentices. Axolotlpaw saw red, and jumped at Highpaw, slamming his head against the hard ground until he stopped struggling.

Axolotlpaw forgot about the other apprentices.

They made sure Axolotlpaw wouldn't forget them.
