#Repost @phil_hanseroth with @repostapp ・・・ Hi friends-- could you please help us spread the word? Hey Bramily! The Story project is 99% finished! This project has become a very powerful relief effort for kids in areas torn apart by conflict. ALL proceeds from this record are now going to War Child, in an all hands on deck movement towards compassion. All the tracks are now recorded and I’m beyond grateful to the incredible artists who have contributed, I cannot wait to announce them! The record is almost done…. The only thing is, that despite my best efforts to reach her – the amazing and lovely Adele hasn’t yet given us permission to use her beautiful version of our song “Hiding My Heart” that she recorded and released in Europe as a bonus track for 21. It is the closing track on The Story. Obviously, I don’t even have to point out what an impactful contribution to War Child this would be, especially knowing that the proceeds of this record are unencumbered and are being donated in a way that is simply unprecedented in today’s world. What we all (especially me) adore about Adele is that she has a massive heart and she’s as bad ass and down to earth as they come! I think if she heard about what we’re trying to do, she’d give us her blessing in a heartbeat. If anyone knows better than me how to get in touch (respectfully only!) let me know?
