Ring Premiere!
Inspired by High/Lows at SaveTFP. Except I'm only focusing on the highs. This week shouldn't be too bad. Waffle Night is on Friday, and I'm excited to spearhead my first event. Looking forward to a 3-day weekend. No plans yet, but I'm sure something exciting will pop up. At the very least, I get to do laundry!
High-Lows
High-lows are a conversational thing that I do with my best friend every night. You basically state the lowest part or parts of your day, and then state the highest part or parts of your day. After that, you rate your day on a scale from 1-10. Then the other person goes. Its very simple, but it gets you talking and for me and my best friend, it forces us to talk every night, even if we hate each other.
Some things to remember:
lows ALWAYS go first-that way you end on a good note.
If you say your lows, then go to your highs and then say another low, you have to say another high as well so that you end on a good note.
You should try to have more highs than lows
Be honest, always.
Don't be afraid to rate your day low, sometimes that means there is room for it to get better(:
Have fun!
