Reading more High-Streamer. Things I think are worth mentioning.

Amuro makes noises like 'Nngh!', 'Wah!', and 'Mmmph!' while being shaken in a cockpit.

Londo Bell is coloquially known as the 'clean up crew'

During Amuro house arrest era the feddies had her working as a Nuclear Base tour guide.

Chan thinks it's cute when Amuro's uncomfortable.

Amuro and Bright talk about her breaking up with Belitorchika and this prompts Bright to ask if Amuro has mommy issues.

Amuro and Bel broke up because Amuro cannot live happily in solace.

Kai called Bright 'daddy' at some point

Amuro has also done this and is in denial

Amuro is also a really really bad liar

Amuro isn't in contact with Fraw anymore and refuses to talk about it (ow)

Bright thinks very highly of Amuro

There's this line about the Nu having it's orgins in the Elmeth that made me hold my head in my hands.

One of my favouritist things to come out of High-Streamer is the concept that Amuro Ray does Not Think she's a newtype and is generally pretty sceptical that they exist at all. Literally everyone she interacts with is like 'oh my god is that the newtype pilot from the One Year War' and Amuro's like 'I am not a newtype' and everyone always laughs it off like she's joking but she isn't.

Being seen as a newtype by the federation got Amuro put under house arrest for 7 years and then when she joined the military again it kept her in low-level positions where she couldn't inact any valuable change. Being a newtype allowed her to form the deepest human connection possible with another person and then she accidentally killed her and Amuro's response to that is to pretend it never happened- that she was hallucinating- and not think too hard about it.

Precognisance? That's just me understanding warfare. Insight into people's emotions? I'm just good at reading faces. Psycommu? Anyone can use it.

FASCINATED by this concept. Genuinely like it a whole lot. Really contradicts Char's feelings on the Whole of Everything and I do enjoy when they foil.

In High-Streamer there's these little interations between Amuro and Bright that make my heart sink cus they're so sweet... genuine friends.. It's clear they trust and are proud of each other and I.. aaugh... ow..
