High Five Challenge Thoughts So many of us get stuck in our heads, myself included, and we start picking ourselves apart. But instead of that why not go to the mirror and high-five ourselves for all that we have accomplished and made it through. 😍There is a power in celebrating those moments. 👉It gives us hope, confidence, and momentum. It pushes us forward and we are moving with positive momentum which has us operating at a higher level! 😲We were asked to Identify what we were afraid of and for me, that was putting myself out there. The thoughts that ran through my head where I am afraid of failing and succeeding. I fear that I will let others down or not be able to follow through. I fear succeeding because what if I can't keep up or uplevel myself? What if I let myself down yet again? 😲Then we had to capture the negative thoughts such as I am not good enough, smart enough, or helpful enough? I don't know what I am doing. 👉But what if we flipped those thoughts into power statements... 🔮I am extremely smart and DO know what I am doing. 🔮Yes, I may fail, but you know more about failure now and how to start changing things around until it works and you succeed. 🔮You are smarter than you think you are! 👉If we let fear take over we are NOT operating from our highest self. We can't see all the possibilities around us and are closed off, but 👉if we give ourselves positive powerful pep talks and know we CAN do this no matter what then we are then operating from a higher self with more possibilities than we could ever imagine!
