Had a couole kiwis a few minutes ago for a snack. I forget how much i love these things!! I got curious about how beneficial they actually are, so naturally I Googled it. I found some pretty interesting stuff: Containing almost 20 vital nutrients, including five times the vitamin C of an orange in one serving, kiwis can legitimately be called a super fruit.
