Rain, honestly one of few things the could calm Wesker down, make him forget his troubles. He never had any negative memories with rain, snow maybe, but not rain. It has always felt good to him. Even though it was 11pm, Wesker honestly didn't care. The only thing he missed was the stars. There wasn't another soul around, or so he thought.
