slight highrollers aerois spoilers obvs, but nothing super plot relevant-
the gang are going on a mission that requires then all looking like genasi and nova not looking like herself. Mark introduced a very fun fruity genderfluid changeling NPC called Kay (K? sorry bestie idk how you spell your name) who is using a mix of practical disguises and magic to help them create genasi personas that they are going to live in for a little while. Nova has opted for a male persona, saying she always wanted to know what it felt like to have a beard and a penis, Lucius went for an androgynous look with no genitals or nipples :) and sentry also said some stuff I found really interesting about how guardians are all basically nonbinary but she tends to present in a feminine way because she was modelled after her queen (iirk). I found the way mark had this NPC asking all the players/player characters if they wanted to experiment with their gender and how all the characters reacted really sweet! (I mean, with mark being gender fluid themselves and how the players have handled stuff like this in the past, I obvs I didn't expect anything terrible, this was just well done, you could tell everyone was trying their best to be inclusive and it was really fun to watch).
One of my fave things in the world is how the fantasy and sci-fi genres can play with gender (literally wrote an essay about it in uni last year) and this little sequence had some very interesting stuff!! so big win for my autism!!!
basically, as transmasc nonbinary person myself, with a bunch of trans headcannons about these characters already!!!! this latest ep was just so much fun!!!!
