05.01.2018 - Life is not on steady thing... life is up and down, all the time. After a very turbulent start in my day, I realized I still need to keep going. So I did my yoga, meditation and went shopping. I also weight in 81.3kgs so I literally put in 6.6kgs in 2 and a half month. Is it sh*t, definitely. Can I change it, also definitely. So even though I wanted to Go towards food again for comfort, I stopped myself, not this time! As I mentioned before, I started the High speed diet today. A protocol were you eat a huge amount of protein, low fat and low cabs to have a very high calorie deficit.
