He really hates being outside!!

… That isn’t a headcanon technically, but I feel like the scope of it could be. In the game during the sports festival if you choose to visit the medical tent, you find Yuuya tending to the students coming in with injuries. The mc questions where the doctor is and why he isn’t the one running the med staff during the festival, to which he replies that Shuu ‘doesn’t want to ruin his girlish complexion working in the heat’ and that ‘he does the same thing every year’.

That answer sounds less like a sincere reason the doctor would give and more in line with the sort of snarky, flippant commentary he gives everyone to get them out of his hair. He’s always hated going outdoors and being outside if the manga is anything to go by though:

Him citing that he doesn’t like doing much outdoors because his injuries to his right side made it hard to move around are genuine and a lot closer to the truth, but the real fact of the matter is that he just hates getting sweaty and overheated. He knows that with effectively only one arm/wing and one leg working at full capacity he has to work a lot harder to get the same results physically as other people, and he doesn’t like that. He likes being able to sit down at a desk or stand at a table and just work without having to run around or pace back and forth. Being put in any position where he’s forced to run ( or worse yet, fly, since partridges aren’t very powerful fliers to begin with ) is majorly annoying to him, to the point where it peeves him out and puts him in an irritated mood to have been pushed into exerting himself for the rest of the afternoon of that day.

Murder is just fine with him, but even then most of his victims aren’t exactly the victims of him needing to put out any real physical effort in killing them. He just doesn’t like moving around, to the point that that in itself is a pet peeve of his.
