#these are for my comic #the first one is a vinjaw named byoh #the other two i dont have species names yet but their names are iztroh (middle) and eksoh (last)#i feel like exoskeletal designs dont really need underwear so eksoh's entire crotch is out. im sorry #im a little worried that iztroh's base color scheme is a little too close to vis's (pale yellow)#BUT the comics gonna be in black and white anyway. its fine #edit oh i just looked and ive changed vis's color scheme. theyre pale purple now instead of pale yellow so that worked out just fine lmao #anyway. eksoh is disgusting. iztroh needs help. and byoh is doing amazing sweetie. thats the hint of their roles in the comic #any more than that and its SPOILERS!#oh and heights. byoh is tallest and iztroh is shortest #iztroh is like maybe my height 5'3 and byoh is a mountain. maybe about as tall as ihnel #iztroh is like maybe my height at 5'3. and byoh is. a mountain. maybe as tall as gihr #i had to look at my height chart but gihr is 7'5 so like. around there somewhere for byoh #eksoh is maybe around ihnels height which is 6'10 or so. so again around there somewhere #me a month ago: yeah i dont know what eksoh's species is supposed to look like. hes just kinda an alien #me yesterday sketching this: oh my god... hes kinda spidery..#without all the extra arms #i do plan on having like actually spider-inspired alien species BUT at least i can call him a spider-like alien when im trying to describe #him now #eksoh wasnt originally an exoskeletal alien. he used to have Flesh #but his body shape and style made more sense with an exoskeleton sdfhdj #also he didnt used to have wrists. i had to change is arm shape to give him some degree of wrists #id imagine theyre still not very flexible though because theyre still massive and unwieldly #iztroh always looks worried but they're fine dont worry about it. thats just their face .#if anything they're jst always pissed off #im a LITTLE worried because eksohs body shape is similar to vahl's. so i need to figure out a more distinctive silhouette for him #ill probably do his ref next #im trying to cement all these side character designs before i go back and make refs for my Main Fellas #since i JUST drew them all twice. that main cast lineup AND the eizouken pose ones #so they're fine. they're modern
