i saw a thing where Husk was all 'you think I care for you so little that your betraying us would change anything?' and while I get the sentiment, I super don't think Angel betrayed anyone
Husk and Cherri could feel betrayed, for sure, but Angel will feel like this was the last thing he ever got to do to keep his boyfriend best friends safe. In his mind, the last choice he made, the only choice that has been his since he sold his soul/vox did his eyeball thing, was for them.
For the only people who made him feel like more than his body
For the only people he loved
For the only people he could trust
Angel knows he hurt them, even though it couldn't have been his fault, and because he loves them, because he knows they love him, more than anything, he needs to keep them safe
