Not a problem, sweet pea!  My opinion’s under the cut.

I adore period roleplays and I don’t think they’re done nearly as much as they should be, so you already have points there.  I like the theme you’ve chosen, too.  Although I wish the description wasn’t squished down to the bottom, but I doubt there’s much you can do about that.  The color scheme is nice on the eyes, but I’m not the biggest fan of the font you’ve chosen for your graphics.  If the whole wiggle effect was gone, I might like it better.  The trailer on your navigation page is a really nice touch - kudos to you!  I can’t really say much about the characters since it’s an OC group, but I like the way you’ve set up your little app blurb.  Not necessarily my cup of tea, but I wish you the best of luck all the same!

okay, I am completely in love with your colour scheme ! you’ve got a nice, easy to navigate theme, plus, bonus points for having my girl, nicola, in your header !! ngl, your trailer is solid af. i’m not sure how i feel about the name of your rp though ? but i guess that’s just personal preference. it’s a cute plot, and i really hope you guys go far ! lurkers, check these guys out !

FIRST LOOK:

I remember seeing this a little bit ago in the tags, and there was this rad video. I thought that was really original and cool, so kudos for that. The icon and URL give me enough guess to what the plot might be about, but just enough that I want to read more about it. The theme is really neat and organized and I adore whatever gradient you are using. The combination of the pink and black colors really scream retro to me, which is what I think you were going for. I prefer GIFs over admin banners, but yours are the best banners I’ve seen. I am also a huge fan of roleplays that have their entire navigation on one page, it makes things a lot less messy.

PLOT:

I’ve seen 70′s roleplays, and I’ve seen record store roleplays, but never both at the same time, so I really love the originality of the plot. Again, I really enjoy that trailer video, it fits hand in hand with the plot, which is well written and straight to the point.

RULES:

All pretty much your basic rules, I do like that you added that godmodding starter rule. I know I’ve been torn on whether or not to reply to a starter where the other roleplayer put my character in some place he/she had really no reason to be.

CHARACTERS:

The character graphics fit right in with the rest of the roleplay. You don’t have many characters, so I can’t really say much else right now.

APPLICATION:

The application is actually really cute, the headcannons/quote make you think more in depth about your character, which is good because it insures that the roleplayer wont loose muse as quickly. However, app counts always make me nervous, which is the only thing holding me back from applying.

I’ll start with your theme: Okay, first of all; holy fucking shit, that theme and graphics are amazing, I’m not big on the color pink in general, but you guys have converted me! I’m really loving everything about this theme right now, it looks so clean, and everything is neat and easy to navigate around. Plot:I love the sound of simplicity, and I love that you’ve chosen the 70′s to base your group/timeline in. The 70′s seemed like such a great, fun decade, so I’m sure you guys will have a lot of amusement with this! Other: As you guys haven’t got many characters up, I can’t really comment on that, but the main is active enough, and the admins seem friendly too!

Overall: 10/10 - I’m excited for you guys, and hope you’re around for a while!

oh…. my god ?? like. this looks so good !! the amount of effort you’ve put in is unreal and ppl need to take a leaf out of your book because this is what we need to see more of !! i genuinely love the whole premise for this…the time period, the setting, and omg the promo video. i just rly don’t think i can say anything negative about this. it seems really original n i definitely haven’t seen anything like it for so long ?? for real, like…..i haven’t joined a tumblr rp in 1-2 yrs but…..i might actually end my drought…..for this one. maybe expect an app ?? this is a rec !! everyone needs to apply rn.

Hi, bug! My opinion is under the cut! 

I really like your URL, like it’s nice and short. Easy to remember. If I were to apply for this I’d really appreciate the short URL, so I could stalk it when needed. 

The icon is nice, as well, it’s not flashy, and I like that you didn’t go with some random celebrity face. It’s unique and easy to recognize if I was scrolling down the dash and a post came up from ya. 

Next, the graphics are really nice! They’re simple and not too flashy and distracting, which makes me want to look at more! 

The theme is also really easy to navigate and it’s just flashy enough, I think. 

the plot is really simple, which leaves a lot of room for development, which is great!!! im a sucker for town roleplays, so this is really appealing. 

btw that video is awesome!!! you’re clearly super talented and i wish your rp the best of luck!!

First impression: Okay so the page is very nice I mean its great that I can find everything I need.  Hipster like you know. Im just a bit conerned that if you make graphics with that shade of pink it could whitewash poc whuch is bad.

Plot: What I saw its about a music shop in the 70s. I know you have the guide about the 70s but maybe explain a bit more. Again its probably because Im a history major (well partially anyway) and let me tell you compared to some countries theres advantages that we as a society had so talk bout those as well.  I actually like the plot though. But add more stuff.

Bios: I cant judge you on this portion. 

App: Its a bit short. I get  that this is semi appless and oc rp but maybe add more stuff Like prompts or allow the para sample to show as well. 

Overall: Its a good rp and it has potential. But  I feel a bit underwhelmed cause theres not much you know. Again Im not the target audience but there should be a bit more than a paragraph for a plot you know. I hope you the best of luck in promotig your rolepl.
