How wooden pallet collars and lids improve warehouse efficiency
Wooden pallets are great for storage and shipping, but they are only a flat surface. Piled goods are exposed to a risk of product damage from collapse, forklift handling, and inefficient cubic storage. Pallet collars change that by turning the flat pallet into a container with box-like sides. A pallet collar is a hinged frame that sits on the four corners of a wooden pallet base. When fully expanded, the solid frame walls rise to create a box-like boundary. The height can be further adjusted by stacking multiple rows of pallet collars and building custom walls to make the right fit for the load.
