The game uses lower res sprites, so only the sprite upscales were masked in for this shot.
oh shit gen did a new arrange
sort of a WIP remaster of the midi in question but i tried to give it a unique flair to it. sorta for a personal project but idk what direction i'll go with it. we'll see.
I should really stop having an emphasis on frame-rate when making .gifs, because this happens, haha.
