If you ever wanted to know why Trunks is my favorite character, here it is. This child knew nothing but suffering to the point where he wondered if there was more to life than pain. And without any evidence that such a life were possible he decided he would fight for a better world because he couldn't just stand by and let terrible things happen. He believed that if you have power to stop terrible things from happening, but don't, those terrible things happen ~because~ of you. In this world we live in now, we are only three to four "executive orders" away from Trunks' dystopian future. I, like Trunks, would rather fight and die than watch this all happen. Be like Trunks.
